Roxie Grace

Just a quick word to let everyone know that we got the “Roxie Grace” we needed.  The owner has agreed to allow us to move into a rental townhouse in Auburn with our little long-haired Chihuahua, Roxie.

Please pray that the money comes in from various sources at just the right time, and all other logistical issues work out over the next two weeks so we can move out, get closed, and be free-and-clear.

The one snag is that the only lease we could get was a 1-year lease, so we’ll need a subleaser in January when we leave for Towson . . . BUT . . . finding a subleaser for 6 months is less of a worry than having a house not sold.  Especially in this market.

Anyway, that’s my housing update for today.
