Another One Bites the Dust

2009 June 23

I took test #6 of seven of the Architecture Registration Exam yesterday.  This test was 100% graphical information in 2 sections.  In the first section, I thought i had done great, got done, and checked . . . but then I saw an error with only 20 seconds left on the clock . . . not enough time to correct the problem.  I can only hope that the error is not considered a “critical” error but only a “minor deficiency” or somewhere in between . . . and that I do not have other errors that I did not see.

The second half seemed to go well . . . I finished in just over half the allotted time, including double, triple, and quadruple checking.  It’s kinda scary to finish that quickly, but it does reflect how I operate in practice, as I tend to lay out spaces on the computer a with bit above average speed.

Anyway . . . Emily is currently driving her mom to the airport after a week-long visit, so I am on Baby-duty.  I have two weeks to study and get myself ready for test #7 . . . Then it’s just time to play the waiting game until the results appear in the mailbox . . . about 5-6 weeks after each test.
